Here is the situation, I have an executive who has an analog phone in his office. His secretary has a digital phone and has the executives main number programmed as a secondary line on her phone. Whenever the secretary answers the line and then puts it on hold the executive is unable to pick up the line from hold.
Is there a way to program the line or a code that can be used for the excutive to be able to pick up that line from hold? As far as I know it is not possible, but just wanted to see if perhaps anyone knew somethign I didn't.

You might try putting POA in CLS of the secretary phone, POD is the default. Privacy Override Allow or Deny

without looking through the manuals I cant give the exact description however it should be easily accomplished. Most systems would call it direct call pickup or directed pickup. Basically its a code that would say "hey give me the latest call put on hold by DN XXX". If you don't find it post again and ask for the programming I'll look it up.
