Picking ticket printing problem

We recently upgraded from V6.0 to V8.0

Now i see we cannot print picking tickets that have items that are backordered (if any item is not backordered, it prints fine, this happens when ALL items on order are backordered). Previously we could print these. Is there any way to print the picking ticket from the orders without transferring them to a backorder? Please help and thanks in advance.

This is one reason why we haven't upgraded. Very disappointed that they did this to the report. We have to show our backordered items on our picking tickets. Haven't found anyone with a solution yet.

We need to print backordered items on our picking tickets too. They do allow to print orders with multiple items where SOME of the items are backordered. It's only when ALL items are backordered, it doesn't print. ANy suggestions would be great
