Having an issue getting ext. 1054 to pick up calls from a calling group that are in queue. This is the group supervisor's extension (MLX-28D).
A call rings into CG 2001. If nobody is logged into the group as available including the super, it gets placed in queue and the overhead strobe flashes alerting the call in queue. Any of the phones in the group can grab the call simply by pressing the ES2 button on their phone (becoming avail.)
This works on all phones but the supervisor's. Even if he presses his ES2 button, the call is never pulled from queue and allowed to ring his ext. to be answered. I've read through other threads and looked in the manual and from what I can tell he is prog. correctly. He is an operator ext., etc.. Below is a copy of that calling group. Is their some other piece of the programming that is missing in order for his phone to grab calls from queue?
