Picking Account Segment

[BHAT100]

we are pulling sales account from inventory.
and we have following segment in COA

- 11- COMPANY
- 11- LOCATION
-1102- DIV/LOC
-110-150- DEPARTMENT
-5100- NATURAL ACCOUNT

We are pulling div/loc segment from site id segment

is there any way we can pull department from customers

Any idea would be great help?
