i need help again ..
am using call manager & i can make a pickup group normally & i can add users to the pickup group normally ... also users in the same backup group can pick up there collegues phone calls normally by pressig the pick up button on the phone ... i dont like that !
i need users on the same pickup group to pickup there collegues phone by pressing (#03) for example or any other code ! can that be done?!

CCM doesn't support something like that. If users are in the same pickup group, they simply press the PickUp button and the call is automatically transferred to their phone; sounds like you want some sort of pickup where the users are required to enter in the pickup number before the call is transferred. Can't happen if they're all in the same pickup group.

You could, however, put each user in their *own* individual pickup group, say assign numbers like 01 or 02 as the pickup group number, so if John was assigned pickup group number 01 and Jane was assigned pickup group number 02, John would have to press the GPickUp softkey (not the PickUp softkey) and dial 02 in order to pick up a call coming in on Jane's phone. Wouldn't be the best situation, and users would have to remember the group pickup number for each individual phone, which can get hairy if you have a large amount of users you need to set this up for.

Just a thought.
