PICK UP CALL ON HOLD 1

Hi there, I have 81c rls 24. I have two phones. One has ext 1234 MARP Key 0 other has 1234 scr key 8. How can I put 1234 on hold and pick it up on other phone? It only goes on hold on one phone not the other.

When you put the call on hold you should be able to pick it up on any phone that has an appearance of that dn on it. Unless I'm not understanding the problem correctly.

Is your cls xha - exclusive hold allowed, which only allows the user who placed the call on hold to retrieve it

THANKS PHONEDUDE10, That was the problem. It was turned on on one set. I thought Exclusive hold was turned on by cls and by press hold key twice.
