Partner ACS with Partner Messaging and when the Recp is away at Ext. 10 the rest of the office staff has to answer her cals. The AA answers all calls first all the time then if anyone dials 0 or 10 her phone rings.

I wanted use the Delay Ring to three other exts.but that only works if calls ring in before the AA answers.

The staff can not hear her phone to much noise so Call Pick up will not work. Is there a way to makes calls at her ext. ring a few times then start to ring on these other three sets. If no one at all answers they want ext. 10s VM to take the call.

Not three extensions, but you could use Call Cover (Feature 20) to send calls to one extension, and back to 10's voice mail if not answered.

If you could put a bell where the others could hear, and cover her extension to that bell, they could use pickup to get the call.

or you could use a trick that TouchToneTommy described before called loopback.
If you have an empty line port then you could loop that extension you want to cover to the line port and have that line assigned to the two extensions you want to get the cover calls at. You would basically have extension 10 also looped into the line port with wiring it that way.
MacGyver stuff but works.

They have a 7 line hunt. So then the BAT would provide voltage to make the LOOP ring and then would I assign that line to the other extensions on a DRT? Since this is the recp. what will happen if 10 gets more then 1 call at a time?

What's a BAT and a DRT? This is the Avaya forum! :)

The loop-around would only allow one call at a time. The bell and pickup arrangement would allow multiple calls.

BAT = Battery DRT = Delay Ring Transfer

if 10 is on the phone it would not ring so that is a downside of it, the other alternative is to send the calls to a calling group instead of just the Operator but then they will ring all together, you could make it a hunt group but then the calls would go to the next in line as soon as 10 is on the phone. This is just one of the features the Partner can not do well.
Or you go all out and create a huntgroup and put a spare extension in it to ring as soon as 10 is on the phone, loop that back to a spare line port and make that ring then on the two other extensions.
Outch I would not want to go in there and troubleshoot that on a Monday morning.

I think I will suggest that they let me install a bell in the hall so everyone in the ofcs can hear her phone ring.

best solution probably
