I have never heard of this term but I think it used to choose another LD carrier other than the one that is set up for by the local provider.

What has been explained is on accessing my local trunks (99) and then dial a PIC (1010288=ATT), you can set up your local trunk as an overflow from your LD to completed the call.

If this is correct, what steps are need to implement this function?
