Since months, I am getting PhysicalAddressMismatch events in my alarm browser : <Node> reports address 0xTTTTTTTTT for <Server-IP>, <Server-Hostname> reports 0xFFFFFFFFF via SNMP. The Trap source is a server running W2K.
The MAC address 0xFFFFFFFFF is completely unknown.
The MAC address 0xTTTTTTTTT is the correct one.
The server has only one network card and no snmp agent is running.
That's a little bit strange.
Can you help to solve this problem ?
