Physical Volume Library Database problem

I'm running NT4 server and Backup Exec v7.2.

On Starting Backup Exec, I'm getting:

"Physical Volume Library Database - Connection has been lost

Check your network connection to the backup Exec database server"

Any Ideas

Network, Connect to Backup Server.

Probably username/password changed in NT.
