Physical path of virtual dir

Hi all.
How can I get the physical path of a virtual directory.
eg my site is running in

http://www.mysite.com

it has a virtual directory in it that becomes

http://www.mysite.com/vdir

vdir points to f:\physicaldir

just the same as you would for any other directory/file


server.mappath("/vdir/")
