I need to remote MMail. We use MM11. Current condition is that.
->MMail port 1(defined as terminal)+modem+telephone line
1.Do I need NUL MODEM between MM port and modem?
2.Is the definition of MM port is correct?
I use ProcommPlus to remote MMail and terminal type is VT320.

Please excuse me for my poor English.
And thanks in advance.

Have you verified your terminal emulation in Procomm?
I use:

Terminal Emulation - WYSE 75

Also, once you get connected, I think you must press
"ctrl R" to poulate the screen.

I hope this helps..........

You should have an AB box between the MerMail and VT terminal. This AB box will need to point to the Modem.
Dial the modem with your Procomm and connect only at the correct baud rate (9600 or 2400), 8/n/1. Use Terminal type VT320 (do not use wyse you soft keys will be a problem) with keyboard type VT320. once you get connected hold down Ctrl and type R - this will refreash the screen. Use soft keys f6 through f10.
