OK, that helped. I changed the CHMOD on the index file. The error went away and a new error about the libraries directory came up.

I did not have a libraries folder so I created one and put the two files

require('./libraries/grab_globals.lib.php');
require('./libraries/common.lib.php');

in that folder and now I get a blank screen. When viewing the source of that blank screen, it has no code at all.

Thank you!

I figured it out! My zipped file was unzipping incorrectly. I changed the way it unzips so it would include the sub folders and now it works perfeclty.

Thanks everyone for helping me step through it.
