PHPMONNT.DLL error

Hi,

I have a user that is getting this error everytime they try to log into GroupWise: C:\WINNT\system32\PHPMONNT.DLL cannot load resource file PHRZ for language 0x0409

I have searched high and low and can find no information on this. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled GroupWise and have also replaced the PHPMONNT.DLL file with a PHPMONNT.DLL file from a computer that is not having this problem.

There is a GW scrubber you need to run that purges all the registry keys. Uninstall GW, run the scrubber, reload GW.
