phpinfo returns nothing

<? phpinfo(); ?>

when i first installed php this returned a full page of info. I then tried to install the mysql connector from the mysql website and enable it and now this doesn't return anything - and I can't connect to a db either.

regular php pages (includes and gets) work fine.

any ideas?

Hold the phone...

So MYSQL installation is a bit misleading. I installed the php_mysqli.dll and not the php_mysql.dll

Also had to change that extension_dir option in the php.ini from "./" to "C:\Program Files\PHP\extensions" as I made a folder in that directory to dump the dlls.

Seems to work now.
