I had a link to a good step by step tutorial on how to upgrade from PHP4 to 5 on Windows, but I lost the link...

Does anyone have any good links - I remember there are some issues to fix esp. w/mysql...

Thanks

I don't know of any issues with Mysql and PHP5. There are differences when using either PHP 4 or PHP 5 with version 4.1.4 and newer of MySQL, as you have to use the mysqli_* family of functions.

There is the fact that the "long" arrays, for example $HTTP_POST_VARS, are not by default instantiated in PHP 5.

And there are differences in how objects work. Most of this is explained at the Zend site.
