PHP3 download manager

but i'm searching for a php script downloadmanager , the problem : PHP 3

i tried horscripts and so on, but only scripts which requires php4 are available ....

Can you tell us what a download manager would do ?

simple list of possible downloads from this page , possible a download counter and some rankings and so on . but absolutely necessary : a description for the files . Mayby the possibility of add files to the download area ... only files, no pictures or previews ....
