I have been developing a web site on another machine. I got a laptop for mobility. I have PHP5 on both machines. My problem is that it only works on the original machine that it was developed on. On the laptop...all my pages are blank.

all software (php, mysql and iis) are the same versions.

Any thoughts on what may be the cause? what to look for?

thx

Are you running them through the web server on the laptop? What URL is in the browser when you try to view the pages?

I'm using localhost on both machines:

The index.php is actually a sign on page. I submit and then redirect to another page. That page displays blank.

I tested other pages (that don't require signon) and they are blank as well on the laptop.

This is all i get:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

yep...got it...i didn't copy over my Connections folder which defins my DB connection. whew! that scart me for a sec.
