Am getting following error on compiling from cli:
php: relocation error: php: undefined symbol:
OpenSSL_add_all_algorithms

I've upgraded openssh recently. Although I don't recall seeing this error before, the server was accidently powered off lately. Seems to me that I was able to do a couple compiles with no problem, then started seeing this error on cli.

Please help.
