PHP Notice: in file /language/en/mods/arcade.php

I have been trying to install a mod for phpbb 3 and have ran into an issue. The support people for the mod do not seem to be very attentive. So I thought I would post here as well. The mod I am referring to is this

Now I have tried installing it several times, and everytime, I run into this error after I turn debugging on. If I do not, it just shows up as blank white page.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare deregister_globals() (previously declared in /home/content/t/i/m/timberwolf460/html/forum/common.php:36) in /home/content/t/i/m/timberwolf460/html/forum/common.php on line 99

Any ideas how to fix this? Keep in mind, I have limited knowledge on php but I am learning. Thanks
