PHP +MYSQL INSTALL ERROR?

I am trying to install the PHP software alongside MYSQL and I get the following error does anybody have any ideas why it is giving me such an error

the command I am running:
./configure -prefix=/usr/local/php -with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs -with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/

gawk: ./build/print_include.awk:7: (FILENAME=ext/ctype/php_ctype.h FNR=83) fatal: cannot open file `ext/mysql/*.h' for reading (No such file or directory)
creating main/internal_functions_cli.c

Well first off is there a directory "ext/mysql" and does it contain any *.h files?
