PHP mailform prob!!!

I have a little (big) problem with this mailform. I did have it working before, the same script but I must be missing something that I caught last time. Just can not figure it out.

Can someone please take a moment and check the .fla and php script, I know it has to be something dumb that I am not catching. Sure do appreciate it! Thanks in advance.

may have to right click and 'save target as', it is a zip file w/php & .fla.

SORRY, YOU MAY MAY HAVE TO RIGHT CLICK ON THE LINK AND SELECT "SAVE TARGET AS". THAT IS WHAT I HAVE TO DO, IT WILL THEN TARGET THE ZIP FILE. THANKS, HOPE SOMEONE CAN SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS!

thanks for nothing, thought someone in here might know something. i was right by the way, the hosting company has misleading sales and i had to ADD php to the menu.
