php mail() doesn't work for same domain

Hi, does anyone have any ideas?
When I use my sendmail.php script sending e-mails from orders@myDomain.com, it works fine until I want to send an e-mail to someone@myDomain.com

Hang on, i managed to dissect the code and got an error message:

Warning: mail(): SMTP server response: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
