PHP Form problem

I have a simple PHP form (Novice Form) which I use on a web site. In all tests (7 people across 5 countries) except one it works fine. One test user though who using the same internet connection shared amongst 3 machines (1 Linux and 2 windows machines) can seemingly complete the form, successfully submit it but nothing arrives with myself or the other intended recipient.

The form is on site 'x', whereas the PHP script which it refer to is on site 'y'. This is because I've had some problems with php scripts with the host of site 'x'.

I'm not sure where to look for the problem here. Any ideas?

can you publish the script on site y? and perhaps the form code you are using?

if you ask the person at the site that is not working to input the same data as a person at the site that is working, does the behaiour remain the same?

OK - I've fallen at the first hurdle as the host I'm not tyring to execute the script on requires me to authenticate the form.

Novice Form (

is quote straightforward, but doesn't include any guidelines on how to authenticate against an email account. Can anyone help on that? From a scout around I gather it's not that simple with PHP?!?

No...it's about validation rather than authentication, hence my query of above hold. All help appreciated.

what kind of validation do you have on the submit command? do you try to validate any of the information of the form? what kind of validation!? and as a side note i dont know if that FAQ you listed is entirely correct. reading through it i saw a few minor errors.
