php.exe ends task

Hey on my PC I'm setting up a test bed for my web site before it goes live....I installed ocsommerce go git going, but now for some reason, everytime I run a php script, I get a window error report for php.exe I can run another script by clicking on a link and I get the erorr report again. and it doesn't actually finnish loading the page, I get the error, and the page stops.....very weird. I installed it with PHPVista everything seeems to work just fine from phpmyadmin all the way up..except running the php scripts from osCOmmerce.
