PHP Development Environment

Hi there,

I am new to PHP development and I just wanted to know which one is the best PHP development product available. I'd like to see syntax highlighting, debugging, macros, code completion and code factoring in my PHP development environment. I am sure I would get some very nice recommendations from the experts of this forum.
