PHP CGI & ISAPI versions

Hi,

I'm using both cgi and isapi versions of php on win2k server.

Q:
Is it possible to have two different *.ini files for each version?

I'm trying to get PHPLIB installed and had to edit the php.ini file to point to PHPLIB and some other stuff. The problem is that some of the changes I made in the php.ini file doesn't work with my isapi version.

Any ideas please?
