PHP & ASP.NET on One PC

Hi Folks

Can anyone advise me as to wether I can put on PHP and MySQL DB on my WinXP Professional PC?

I already run the .NET Framework and code in VB.NET using an installed MSSQL Server and want to be able to continue to use these technologies on my PC along with PHP & MySQL.

If I could would there be any conflicts?

I want to broaden my skillset by learning PHP but need to know wether I can have both on the one PC.

If I can how do I go about it? Are there any sites out there that can point me in the right direction?

I see no reason why PHP and VB.Net would interfere with one another.

And I've run MSSQL and MySQL on the same machine before. I don't recommend it for a production environment as MSSQL can be a very resource-intensive app, but they leave each other alone.

yea you can, i do on my pc.

but go with MySQL as sleipnir214 pointed out!

If you get probs, try out the microsoft virtual PC software it lets you run more than op sys at the same time
