Hi,

I was working on PHP/MySql broker-type website for a small company that deals with electronic components.
They are planning to put online ~100,000 existing products in the beginning and add ~20,000 - 40,000 more a month.
The project is 50%-55% done.

Suddenly the owner of the company changed his mind and decided to buy e-commerce solution done with webDNA using webDNA database.
He asked me to evaluate this package.
I couldn't find any information on webDNA DB performance.
The guy who developed that solution is not sure that it will be able to handle millons of records as well as MySql.

Also, I'm afraid that no one our company will be able to do any customization of this package and we will be left at the mercy of this developer.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
Thank you

I wish my computer would do what I want it to do,
instead of what I tell it to do...

Sorry,

my IE hanged when I was trying to submit this question to MySql forum so I used Mozilla to post a question here. Apparently the first question went through.
Sorry again.
