PHP 4.3.1 won't compile

hi guys...

i've been trying to install PHP 4.3.1, but i keep getting this error after i run "make" :

ext/mysql/libmysql/my_tempnam.o: In function `my_tempnam':
/downloads/php4/php-4.3.1/ext/mysql/libmysql/my_tempnam.c:103: the use of `tempnam' is dangerous, better use `mkstemp'

i've checked the PHP archives with nothing on this.. has anyone come across this...?..

all help appreciated...
