Photoshop writes different language

Hi every body,

I do have an english version of photoshop and now I need to design some things in Arabic and my version doesn't support arabic it actually write arabic but in a separet letters so can any one help me with this? Is there is any file to download or patch so it can write in arabic?

I need this badly
