Photoshop wont install

I am trying to transfer Creative Suite from a desktop to a laptop, have tried a few times, transfer license everything, I tell it to install all of Creative Suite, and it finishes with no error messages. Everything but Photoshop gets installed.. I try changing via add/remove programs and it says photoshop not installed.. so i change that to install and try to install photoshop.. No luck.. still no install.. have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, even going through Adobe's instructions on their site for manual uninstall.. still no luck.. I can install Photoshop on the desktop and it works.. I reinstalled there and then uninstalled Photoshop again and transferred license.. still no luck on installing Photoshop on the laptop.. any Ideas? Creative Suite web bundle 2.3
I am tearing my hair out and have not found any working solution via google.. and adobe says I can't get COmplimentary support..

...was Photoshop CS 3 Beta on your laptop or still on your laptop?

...the cleanup beta is here to try, but back up any important data first:

...also try the clean up windows installer here:

...try installing the applications singularly, rather than installing the entire suite all at once...

Nope no CS3.. Think I found the problem.. apparently Photoshop Requires IIS? seems weird to me but that seems to be the error that was coming up in the Event Viewer.. will have to check and see if it installed correctly next time I go in to work..

still no work get this error after i went and installed IIS,
Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0
and no installation...
any ideas?
