I have Photoshop BE 1.1, which came bundled with an HP scanner. This morning I received an error message that an operation could not be completed because of insufficient scratch memory. I have tons of disk space available and have specified the C drive as the primary scratch disk. I have had this problem before and was able to get rid of it by reinstalling the software. For some reason this doesn't work this time. Any ideas? When this 1st happened I contacted HP and they said it was an Adobe problem, and Adobe said the serial number provided by HP wasn't one of theirs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
