I want to make a small red ball with a whitish gradient in the top right corner to use as a navigation button. Can this be easily done in photoshop?

Hi,

Use the circle marquee, and hold shift while making the circle so that it stays a perfect circle. Then select the colors you want then select the gradient tool, then along the top of the screen in the options bar, set the gradient tool to Radial Gradient (the second to the left icon of 5 little boxes in the options bar), then drag a gradient within the marquee from almost the top of the marquee to the center (hold shift while you do this). Then de-select (Ctrl+D) and then free transform (Ctrl+T) and again along the options bar you will see a little angle icon, input 45 then press enter and there is you picture.

Here is an example of what I just made:

Hope this helps! NATE
