Photoshop has recently started doing something weird. I'll be using the program and all of a sudden (5-15 mins into it) the canvas will appear to lock up. Nothing slows down though. All the menus and tools can be clicked as normal. The canvas can be moved/resized, etc. I just can't actually do anything on the canvas. The cursor stays like a regular pointer. It won't change to the tool selected. I have more than enough system to run it; AMD FX-53, gig pc3200, etc. No viruses/spyware. 30 processes running. Using about 1/2 of system ram and CPU usage is at about 0-20%. I can still save my work and everything. I can do everything in the program, except on the canvas. I have reinstalled 4 times, clearing the registry each time of all adobe files. Anyone had this problem before? Thanks.

I will add that I previously had an AMD 64 3000+ with an AGP vid card. I upgraded to the FX-53, Asus SLI board with 6800GT card and it was since then that I had this problem.
