Photoshop CS3 keeps corrupting

I am using Photoshop CS3 and Vista. 4 times now, over the past month when I go to open PS, I get an error message that (sorry...don't remember the exact message) something about "You cannot open photoshop at this time." I have to put the dvd install file in and "repair" the installation before it will let me open up photoshop.

Any thoughts?

try to screen capture the error message or write it down, then you/we can search the Adobe knowledge base etc for answers
