When I export .png files from another program (XaraX1)PhotoShop will sometimes open the files flawlessly, but many times it give the message "cannot parse files." The files are actually fine, because they will open in Micrografx Picture Publisher and in Corel PhotoPaint. Unfortunately, though, I am required on this job to use Adobe PhotoShop CS. Can anyone solve this problem for me?
