I have photoshop 6.0
--------------------
Everyone knows the wonderful brush tool. I go to the brush tool from the toolbar, click the down arrow to look at my current brushes, then go to load more brushes. There's a problem though; the arrow (>) won't list the brushes in my brushes directory anymore! I go to the preset manager, and the arrow (>) works there. It lists all the brushes in my brush directory, along with "make new brush", etc. Well, somehow, that stopped working, The only way i can load brushes now is going to the preset manager and clicking the "load" button... this is aggervating as hell, and the arrow (>) that used to list all my brushes in a new roll-out window WAS MUCH EASIER TO ADD MORE BRUSHES. Is there a brush.dll file or something that may be messed up? When i click the arrow (>) the window just doesn't come up anymore. I get no errors.. I use brushes a lot, any help would be **much** appreciated. thanks :)

Depending on the version of photoshop you have, it limits how many brushes you can load onto the palette at a certain time - your best bet is to delete unnecessary ones and they will enentually load one by one.

if youre using 6 youll notice the tool info bar up top changes depending on what tool your using. Change to the brush tool and notice how there are now brush style options up there. Click on the icon of your current brush and you should see your old favorites.
