photoshop and clouds 2

i have adobe photoshop 7 , now i know the render filter clouds, creates cloud by using foreground and background color, but i want white clouds with tranparent background, which i will be using in a flash scene. Any way how can it be done, if not by the filters then is there any other way to create actual looking clouds.

One way you can do it is to create a new solid color layer. Select a color (white in your case), then select the layer mask. Make sure the foreground/background colors are set to black & white and render the clouds.

Gilc make sure you then Save for Web the image as a png24 for best results in Flash.
