Photoshop 7 crashing?

Hey folks:

This has happened to me before...when I click on "Save for Web" and choose .gif...I'm fine. When I choose .jpg the program just disappears?

Any ideas or suggestions. I can save a .jpg by clicking on "Save As"...but not when I try to optimize through "Save for Web".

First is: What operating system? This has a big effect on what you can do about the problem.

Windows XP Home Edition....but guess what? I did a System Restore....and all is fine. Who knew.

NP... I havn't been on in a while and was checking no post threads.

Next time let us know what the fix was as there is always somebody with the same symptoms as you. lol
