Photoshop 4 does not start in windows XP

I read some forums and they stated that there is a patch for the photoshop 4 to make it work with XP so it could recognize the ram were can I find this patch

I also noticed that Photoshop 7.0 (leaps above 4.0)seems to be selling for almost nothing

That google link seems to lead to a book - not software.

Even if it led to software, be very careful with buying old software online. It is rare that one can find an old license that is legitimate.
