I've just restored a couple of old photographs and would like to have the printewd from disc at the local photo-mart. They are in PSD form, is there any way that I can save them in a format that will be recognised without using third-party software?
Thanksomuch,
M.

You could call the photo place you plan to have them printed at and ask them what file format they prefer. But most places can print from a jpeg or tiff format. PSD is just the native photoshop format. Just flatten any layers you have and save as either of the above format. You should probably save them as RGB colour as well. But check with the photo place to make sure.

Thanks pixelchick,
I'll give it a try.
I appreciate your help and, if you want, I'll let you know how I get on.
