Photoeditor default printer

I have got a weird problem with MS Photoeditor (Office 97).
The photoeditor will not use the default printer set in Windows, it seems like it uses the first printer installed on the computer as a default.
I can't find where to change the default printer from photoeditor.
Can anybody help? can this be done by changing a registry setting or something?

Know error from microsoft. Workaround is to select the printer you want to use each time.
