Complete newbie here...
I want to do an online photo album that's more like a presentation/movie, with music playing in the background and letter floating across the screen. I want the photos to change at specific points of the soundtrack. Is it possible to do this kind of synchronized presentation with Flash? Is there some kind of wizard for doing this, or do I need to know Actionscript? Finally, what kind of music file is optimal for this kind of presentation? An mp3 with a low bitrate?
Thanks

To maintain the best of sync, you would have to start by setting your sound on the timeline, and setting it's Sync to "stream" rather than "event". You also need to add as many frames needed on the timeline so that the whole soundtrack will be "seen" and heard. Based on the modulations' display, you'll be able to establish cue points to sync up your "video"...
