Picasa, the digital photo album associated with Google, makes fair decent web page photo gallery from in "album" you've created in the software. You get several options of how the page should look. So if you just looking for a basic simple photo page, this is good. It takes the photos and automatically creates the thumbnails. The only thing I don't like is that it shows the name of file ... i.e., pic10004.jpg. But its free.
