phontage audio probs

I have phonetage working on a windows7 (extn 104)laptop on my lan. I can ring the laptop from another desk phone(extn 101), hear ringing, answer the call, speak to the desk phone but can't hear incoming speech on the laptop, but can hear dtmf tones if the desk phone dials whilst connected.
I can dial out from laptop to the desk phone with the same results.
The firewall is turned off in the laptop.
Any ideas?

Hi,

Try setting the second ip address in the mfim to another address on the same subnet as the mfim ip.

I have had this cure speech issues with ip devices.
