Hi all,

I have managed to connect Phontage to LDK300 v.3.6 with VOIB Ver. 4.2Ba (4 channels)

I can make calls but the software has no extension assigned.

Please let me know how to assign an extension to Phontage so it will duplicate my desk phone extension.

Thank you,
Jacek

Phontage is like an IP softphone, so you can use this guide:

thread1613-1543776

Phontage takes a license pr. user - check [Trans/PGM+78]

Hi Doktor,

Thank you for instant reply.

I have followe tyour guide but still was unable to find out the place where you can assign particular extension number the the softphone (in my case the extension is 264).

Thank you,

I guess that you initiate an extension nunber in PGM110.
You need to count your way through the ipLDK-300.
In PGM110 a series of numbers exist for analog, digital (keysets) and IP phones.
If marked with 3 or more stars (***), just change that to the required number.
In PGM386 this number can also be read, but not changed.

Phontage don't run with 3.6 but with 3.7 mpb version.
Softphone lip run with 3.6 .
