Hello, anybody!

I am looking for someone, who can give advice to billing software Phonex Pro, vers. 6... (connect to Ericcson BP250); some parameters in our constellation seems to be invalid or wrong; especially data view in modul line receiver gives some ??? sighns, we could not understand.

What type of PBX are you using?
Can you send some printout for the SMDR (CDR) setteings of your PBX.
Make sure that both the PC for SMDR and the PBX is grounded to the same point (common grounding), otherwise you will get strange characters on your screen.
Ferrite cores (beads) tied around all serial calbles if you use RS-232 (v24)is also recommended.
