Phonesets/Voice Ports Window Question 1

I was wondering if you could add Names to Types Heading instead of just using Voice Port or No Voice Port.
I would like to add a few more Names.

Afraid not. That field is filled by the system when it acquires a TN, it then identifies what it has detected -- agent, supervisor, or voice port. You can develop a naming convention for the Terminal Name or Voice Port Name field to give you more specific identification (such as a combination of DN and agent POSID or cubicle or name)
