We have an international partner in Switzerland. If one of my users (located in Luxembourg) calls them from his VOIP phone (connected to our BCM here in the US), all is good. If my CEO (who is here in the US) tries to dial them, the line just stays "dead" for about 20 seconds, then goes to fast busy. My CEO can call the Zurich Hilton which is nearby the partner and shares the same country code, but he can't call that partner. Any ideas why?
